As your Neighbor and Real Estate Broker, I have gone through extensive training to receive my Certification as a Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). My goal is to advise as many people as possible about ALL of the options available, so that you can make an informed decision. Ideally, I would love to turn this mission and company into a non-profit. But, until that time comes, I have decided to donate 10% of all earnings from distressed sales to a charity or project of the homeowner’s choice.
